• In conjunction with the school's career counselors, the students are selected based on their preparedness, enthusiasm and commitment
• Participating students must complete a readiness certification program

WHAT STEP EXPECTS FROM PARTNER COMPANIES

• Bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly student visits during the academic year, September-June, customized to fit your company's needs
